It's been a busy weekend for shooting shows. It all kicked off with The Sugarhill Gang on Friday at the Booking Hall in Dover. They were joined by Melle Mel and Scorpio of Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five.

Cove at The Black Heart, Camden
I was invited up to London this week to cover Cove's first headline London show. They were performing at The Black Heart in Camden, so I spent the day with them grabbing snaps, a few promos, and of course the show. The Black Hear was a venue I hadn't visited before, and threw up some challenges when photographing the band, but it all worked out. Needless to say my ears were ringing well into the next day.
S P I T T I N G DISTANCE performance art at Brewery Tap Project Space, Folkestone
Performance art is an area I have very little knowledge or experience in, so when I was asked to photograph a performance I had no idea what to expect. I came into the evening not knowing what to expect, only that there was a running order for the performers, and that the performances would last 2 hours.

So after around 6 months, I have decided to take a break from the vlogging. Ive got some pretty big projects coming up, and while im focusing all of my attention on those projects, I just simply don't have the time to continue making the videos. Ill keep filming bits and pieces, and if nything super interesting comes up I'll probably make a one off episode, but for now, that's it!

While She Sleeps at The Booking Hall, Dover
This week I was lucky enough to be invited to photograph the grand opening of a new live music venue in Dover, The Booking Hall. Playing the first show at this new venue were While She Sleeps and The Family, and with a packed room, it made for one exciting (and blisteringly hot) evening.

Papercrane Session: THROW ME OF THE BRIDGE
Yesterday we were lucky enough to catch French three piece Throw Me Off The Bridge at the beginning of their tour in the UK. The guys at Century Audio in Minster were kind enough to let us use their space. The band played a very intimate set to a small crowd of our good friends whilst we set up for our live videos, and these guys were so tight we had no issues getting them done in one take.
