From May 2015 to October 2017, I worked as the in-house Graphic Designer for FFX, one of the UK’s largest independent tool suppliers. As Graphic Designer, I worked on a number of interesting and challenging projects, that ranged from website banners and email promotions, to print advertisement in the national press and a complete company rebrand. Over two and a half years working there, I gained a vast amount of experience in design process, working with different materials, liaising with print suppliers and international production, and tackling new areas such as web design, shop front design, and large promotional events. As well as making sure our brand was consistent, I would also work closely with many of our important brand partners to ensure our use of their brand was executed correctly, including brands such as Makita, Festool, DeWalt, Milwaukee, Draper, and many others.
